How it works:

 

Preorder items are items that are expected to be made in the future. Typically, production time varies from 6-9 months. You can expect to receive the item you ordered within that window. Delays do happen and all estimated arrival dates listed for each item are estimates provided from Lionel Racing.

 

Preorder items are listed at $0 in your cart. The actual price you should expect to pay is listed in the title of the item, excluding shipping and any applicable tax. We do not charge you for preorders until the item is confirmed and expected to ship within 1-2 weeks.  We will reach out via email to request payment when the item is due in. Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal, or Credit Card.

 

If you place a preorder, then the expectation is you will pay for that item upon arrival. If any preorders are cancelled a 25% cancellation fee will be requested. Remember, these items are made to order and the quantity you ordered was specifically reserved for you. These items cannot be returned without paying a fee.
